At Primrose Boutique, we are on a mission to give you the very best experience and we are SO excited you are now apart of our amazing group! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to to help you out! Please make sure to try on your items, look over your order and read below...

Primrose Boutique will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered merchandise purchased in store or online that shipped to a U.S. address for Primrose Boutique  STORE CREDIT ONLY within 30 days from the date your order shipped/placed.

What is Checkout+?
We’ve partnered with Checkout+ to make returns and exchanges quick and hassle-free.

Checkout+ Coverage includes:

  • Free returns for store credit or exchanges with no return shipping fees
  • Coverage is optional and available for $2.48 at checkout

If Checkout+ Coverage is not selected, returns and exchanges can still be made through our Returns Portal; however, an $8 handling fee per return will apply. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please allow 1–5 business days for your return to be processed once it has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

 Items sent back to us without using Checkout+ Returns Portal will not be accepted.


If by chance you receive an item damaged or defective, it may be returned via our returns center within 3 DAYS of delivery. If you’d like to exchange for the same item, that option will be available if it’s still in stock. You may also choose to return your item for store credit—whichever works best for you. When submitting your return, please include a note explaining the issue so we can process everything as quickly and smoothly as possible.

We do not offer refunds. No exceptions. Store credit may be used to purchase that same item in a different size or a completely different item. Store Credit never expires. Woohoo! 

GIFTCARDS CANNOT BE APPLIED TO PAST ORDERS OR ORDERS ALREADY PLACED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
The following is a list of FINAL SALE items: 
Jewelry, Face Masks, Headbands and all hair accessories, bras or bralettes, bath and body products, prizes and mystery bags, Deal of The Week, Door Busters, final sale items, any Mega deals and items discounted at 30% or more.

IMPORTANT:
  • Shipping will not be refunded in the event of a returned item. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer to send any items back to Primrose Boutique. 
  • We do not price match or price guarantee. No exceptions. If an item is marked lower than the price paid, we will not honor the price difference. An item that is returned in hopes to purchase the item at the cheaper price will NOT be acknowledged. No exceptions.
  • If rewards are used to purchase an item, rewards of any amount will NOT be processed into final amount back to customer - the amount paid by customer NOT including rewards amount will be refunded to store credit.   
  • Any item returned with stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return.
  • Returns must be received in original, unused condition, shoes in the original shoebox undamaged with your order number included. 
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
  • You can also bring your return in person and drop off at Primrose Boutique.
  • MAKE SURE TO ENCLOSE A NOTE OR YOUR PURCHASE ORDER SLIP WITH THE ITEM.
  • Please allow 1-5 business days to process your return once it is received.
  • All website returns will receive an emailed electronic gift certificate that can be used on the website when you check out.

  

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout.

If a sale is announced the day following a purchase, all orders will NOT be allowed to be returned/exchanged/cancelled for sale price.
